Mrs. Badger has been part of the Wakonda team for three years. Her son attended preschool at Wakonda and as a parent she was so impressed that she decided to join the staff. Her favorite thing is family time. She enjoys ball games and bike rides with her husband, Jamie, and their two sons, Benjamin and Jacob. She also has two (rather naughty!) dogs in the family named Teddy and Maisy. She is an avid reader as well as a free-lance artist, and can often be found working in her home studio.

Her favorite part of being part of Wakonda is seeing all of the bright smiles each morning. She feels there is such a positive energy about children that makes working with them a joy.

Mrs. Best is excited to be a part of Wakonda Preschool! She has had 4 daughters go through the Wakonda Program. Her favorite thing is playing with her family. She enjoys a variety of interests with her girls from Dance to soft ball and debate tournaments. She has two big hairy dogs named Ezra and Shasta, she is training Shasta to become a therapy dog. She does free lance graphic design out of her home, and can also be found at Farrell's teaching kick boxing and resistance training, this summer she will be instructing a class especially for teens.

Denise has been a substitute teacher for Wakonda Preschool for many years before joining the staff. Her favorite experiences have been playing along with the kids, seeing big smiles, and getting an occasional squeeze! Mrs. Brown enjoys working with thechildren and the staff at Wakonda. Her favorite part about her job is getting the children excited about coming to school.

Mrs. Brown enjoys being a part of Wakonda Preschool. Her daughter attended preschool at Wakonda and she was so impressed she decided to join the staff. In her spare time she enjoys reading, boating, and spending time with her two girls. Both of her girls now attend Jefferson Elementary.

Mrs. Brown enjoys working with thechildren and the staff at Wakonda. Her favorite part about her job is getting the children excited about coming to school.

Mrs. Glynn is very excited to be part of Wakonda Preschool. Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband Craig. She also has three grown children and two darling grandsons. Her interests include exercise, large family gatherings, and traveling to Mexico.

Her favorite things about teaching at Wakonda are the students’ eagerness to learn, their endless energy, and the many stories that they tell. Each student brings their unique personality to the class which makes each day exciting and unpredictable. She loves making learning fun. The staff at Wakonda is like a second family.

Mrs. Hutchens has been part of the Wakonda team for many years. She enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and attending the sports and school activities of her two sons, Jordan and Taylor. She is also an avid reader.

Her favorite part of being part of Wakonda is all of the wonderful families she has met over the years and the special friends she has made.

Mrs. Jordan is proud to be part of Wakonda Preschool. However, she is no stranger to the Wakonda family, her daughter Kennady and sons Bexton and Titus all attended Wakonda Preschool. Carrie was very impressed with the teaching staff and the love they showed her children. She enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and the kids, doing just about anything outside. She also loves to read and travel. Carrie is excited to be part of the Wakonda team and meet all the new preschoolers each year.

Mrs. Uhlman has been part of the Wakonda team for many years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Danny, daughter Sydney, and son Connor.

Her favorite part of being part of Wakonda is playing such an important role in the lives of so many children and she feels it is an honor to be able to nurture and educate them during some of their most formative years. She also loves the hugs from the children.

Ms. White loves being a part of Wakonda Preschool. She enjoys spending time with her two young daughters Micha and Jasha. She also enjoys watching her daughters dance, reading, and camping.

Her favorite part about being part of Wakonda is all of the precious children. The children are at a perfect age. She also enjoys all of the wonderful people that are part of the Wakonda Preschool staff.
